ENGINE PROGRAM

ONLINE PROGRAMMING OVERVIEW

  • Program specifically developed to increase your AEROBIC  CAPACITY (Engine)
  • Designed an EXTRA weakness program to add onto your usual program
  • 3 to 6 day a week program (45 - 60min per session)
  • Also includes Warm-ups/Cool Downs
  • Weekly Program published in advance (6 sessions a week, including an active recovery day)
  • Direct contact with a 64TS Coach 
  • Start date is Monday 19th Oct BUT you can still enter mid-cycle. A coach will guide you with this. Please contact us if this is you.
