FREE 6 WEEK Mixed SQUAT CYCLE 2 

6 WEEK MIXED SQUAT CYCLE 2

The purpose of this cycle is to increase top end squat strength in 6 weeks. We will be using the Borris Shieko squats, front squat and a maximal effort squat intention on the last squat session of the week.
