FREE 6 WEEK BACK SQUAT CYCLE

6 WEEK BACK SQUAT CYCLE 1

The purpose of this cycle is to increase top end squat strength in 6 weeks. We will be using a balance of baseline squats, pause squats, speed squats for dynamic movement and lastly, progressive overloading through percentage work.
